Introduction:

Dear CBs, this article was prepared to inform you about the roadmap of our IT system development and the related Beta and LIVE releases.

This article will be frequently updated with information such as new features, specific release dates, beta testing durations, manuals, training materials, etc.

Please, keep in mind that V6 will become mandatory on 01/01/2024.

Please check this article frequently to be aware of all new features to achieve a successful transition to V6.

Milestone overview (Update No.1 of 13.10.2022)

Milestone 1: CB able to issue revised IFA V6 certificate without excel upload (all options)

Live release estimated on: 14.02.23

Validation Service:

• Issue a V6 certificate per web interface or API
• The system participation fee is invoiced automatically once the certificate is issued

CB-AT:

• Register assessors in CB-AT and have roles being assigned

Talent LMS:

• Conduct online training exams for farm auditors (accessible via "Academy" button)

Milestone 2: CB able to issue GRASP (all options) Letter of Conformance and capture the audit report

Live release on: 26.4.23

AOH:

• Go through the SMART process of compiling the audit report for GRASP V2 and fill the checklist digitally per web interface, API or excel upload (limited to the P&Cs)
• Conduct the review and certificate decision within AOH with the audit report

Live release estimated on: April 2023

Validation service:

• Transfer parts of the information from the AOH audit report to the GRASP V2 Letter of Conformance

Milestone 3: CB able to capture the IFA audit report (all options) with limited excel upload

Live release on: 26.4.23

AOH:

• Go through the SMART process of compiling the audit report for IFA V6 and fill the checklist digitally per web interface, API, or excel upload (limited to the P&Cs)
• Conduct the review and take certificate decision within AOH including the audit report
• Connect site/member audits to one multireport

Live release estimated on: April 2023

Validation service:

• Transfer parts of the information from the AOH audit report to the V6 certificate

Milestone 4: CB able to utilize upload functionality for managing certificate information to full scope incl. sites

Live release estimated on: 1.4.23

Validation service:

• Issue a V6 certificate per excel upload (particularly useful for large producer groups)

Milestone 5: Offline (excel) upload for audit reports in AOH

Live release on: 26.4.23

AOH:

• Make use of the excel export/upload functionality for the N/C report and header data to manage this offline and load it back to the system afterwards
