Acceptance
The Date of Acceptance(DoAP) must be before the Date of Audit (DoA)
For the acceptance of a producer/producer group the initial audit has to be done before the acceptance of products. The Date of Acceptance can be changed in the Acceptance>Acceptance Modification menu. If the Modification tool does not function, please contact the Customer Support Team.
Certification
No role of the user has the right to certify the product subscope.
A producer/producer group can be certified by the person with the CB-Committee role. The CB-Committee must have the necessary qualifications or the user does not have the role CB-Committee at all. Please assure the certificator has the CB-Committee role assigned and the auditor/inspector qualifications.
Please assure that this assessor has the valid subscope assessor qualification for this scheme version and is employed by the certification body entered for this scheme.
The CB-Auditor/CB-Inspector is allowed to audit producer groups and producers. The employee with the role CB-Auditor has to perform the Online training (OLT) for the relevant scope and subscope in the available language. Please assure that the CB-Auditor/CB-Inspector has passed the online training specific for the subscope of the certification.
Extension of certificate
Current cycle is not reaccepted. This is mandatory for an extension.
To extend a certificate, the products have to be re-accepted for the current cycle. In case a certificate has run out (not later than for 4 months), but it should have been extended, it is still possible to extend it. To do so accept current cycle with a date within the last validity period. The Date of Acceptance can be changed in the Acceptance>Acceptance Modification menu. If the Modification tool does not function, please contact the Customer Support Team.

This company can not be used in CB/PG for this product. Check partnership relations.
If you certify a producer group, the producer members have to be linked to the producer group. To add the products to the option 2 group members, please enter the o-key of a producer group for the group members (the o-key of the group can be found under Manage products).
If you have received a result file with error reports from the database, please check it carefully. The result files always contain one sheet (“Error”) with comments for every row, which could not be uploaded. This will help you to identify the problem that caused the error in that row.
Online training (OLT) According to the GLOBALG.A.P. training concept it is obligatory for all auditors and inspectors to fulfill the online training requirements. If the Auditor or Inspector fails any of the tests for certification, the error message appears: The auditor is locked for the audit date.
