Audit Status

AOH replicates the audit process from scheduling to certification decision, these stages are reflected in the Audit statuses. These statuses are:

  1. New: is set by default after you create the new audit.
  2. In progress: this status is set as the Auditor starts entering the Audit information, IFA and Checklist details. Hint: the NCs can be closed at any point from New to Pending CA/Result.
  3. Pending CA/Result: all control points/principles in the Checklist need to be answered and mandatory fields marked with asterisk in tab "Assessment" for Company audited (Contact Person, Email, Latitude, Longitude) and Audit details (Date start and Date end) completed by an employee with the “Auditor” role in order to save this status. The user with the "Reviewer" role has the option to access the audit report and make comments. A CB Administrator can also make changes.
  4. Audit done, pending results: at least one Reviewer needs to be included in order to save this status. the user with the “Reviewer” role takes over and must check the content of the audit report. The Reviewer must record comments in the fields for internal information, to make changing to the next status (Outstanding CD) possible.
  5. Outstanding CD: the Reviewer must set this status when reviewing the audit report. This is mandatory for the "Reviewer" of the file. Please, make sure you enter your comment in the comment section under the "Audit personnel", under the person with the reviewer role in order to save this status. Now, the user with the "CB Committee" role has to enter the certification committee decision data.
  1. Closed: can only be set by CB Committee. In order to close an audit, users with the roles of "Reviewer" and “CB Committee" must be specified in "Audit“ details under "Audit Personnel".
  2. Closed - compliant / Closed - non-compliant: is applicable for any FAP.

8. Review completed: for the members of the producer groups and sites of producers with multisites there is no "Outstanding CD status", there is only "Review completed", as the certification decision can be taken for the producer group as a certificate holder.
