The invoicing feature visualises the details of the billing run. This enables the user to trace the calculation.
Upon selecting the invoicing button the following screen appears
If you select 
you can download all fees charged in the respective month in one Excel-list (all clients included in a billing run).
The fees are invoiced according to the General GLOBALG.A.P. Fee Table and they are separated into Certificate Licence Fee and Registration Fee.
The Registration Fee is triggered by accepting a product in the database. It is charged once per cycle to the company that acts as the Trustee for this producer.
Its amount depends on the size of the production (e.g. hectares). When a product is re-accepted, it is only charged at the beginning of the new cycle.
Please note that if quantities change, the registration of the product needs to be updated. If there is no product in a certain category anymore (for example "covered crops" or "broodstock") the quantity needs to be set back to "0".
The Certificate License Fee is triggered by entering the Date of Certification Decision (DoCD), i.e. the start of a new cycle.
It is charged to the CB per issued certificate. The amount depends on the kind of certification: individual certification (option 1) or group certification (option 2). In addition to the certificate license fee, each member of a producer group is taken into account with a "producer supplement".
When a certificate is extended, the fee is also charged at the beginning of the new cycle. Once the certificate is re-issued, the fee will not be charged again for the ongoing cycle.
In sum, this means that in the case of first acceptance or first certification, the registration and the certificate license fee are triggered and invoiced immediately. In case of reacceptance and recertification (while the valid cycle is still running) the fees are invoiced only with the beginning of the new cycle.
In the time frame between reacceptance/recertification and the beginning of the new cycle, the quantities can be changed, and the registration fee will be recalculated. But once the cycle had begun and the certification fee was invoiced, only the increased quantity will be recalculated and the total fee will be higher. Less quantity will not be credited as the higher amount was already certified.
Please note, if you extended a certificate, both the registration and the certificate licence fee will be charged once the next cycle with the extension started. If the next cycle did not start yet, the product can be de-accepted for the next cycle to avoid an automatic invoicing.
