Synchronization of Farm Assurance Products (FAPs) Between CB-AT and CertifierOS and missing FAPs

Go back to:

Automatic Synchronization and FAP Status Requirements

CertifierOS relies on data synchronization from CB-AT to manage Farm Assurance Products (FAPs) associated with user accounts. If a user account in CertifierOS is missing FAPs and the CB Scheme Manager manually adds these FAPs, the system will remove them at 30-minute intervals. This occurs because CB-AT regularly synchronizes FAP information and retains only those FAPs whose "Module Status" in CB-AT is set to either "APPROVED" or "SUBMITTED to GlobalGAP."

Ensuring Proper FAP Assignment

When CB staff have their FAPs properly assigned in CB-AT with the required statuses—specifically "Approved" or "Submitted to GLOBALG.A.P."—CertifierOS will automatically retrieve this information. Within 30 minutes of updating the status in CB-AT, the relevant FAPs will appear in COS, allowing CB staff to begin working on them. It is recommended to refresh your browser to ensure the latest information is displayed.
