Auditors and other Certification Body (CB) staff working with multiple CBs are required to maintain individual accounts with each respective CB. Each CB will establish a user account for every auditor based on the details recorded in CB-AT for that specific user.
Accordingly, the auditor’s email address registered in CB-AT with the relevant CB should be utilized to create a new CertifierOS account. This process ensures that CB-AT can synchronize Farm Assurance Product information to the corresponding CertifierOS account.
Note: Only Farm Assurance Products with a CB-AT Module status of "Approved" or "Submitted to GlobalGAP" will be synchronized to CertifierOS.
