Roles in CB-AT – how it affects the other systems

Within CB-AT there are in total 8 crucial roles to be selected both managing the rights withing CB-AT itself (column A) and for activating & managing the rights of other GLOBALG.A.P. IT-Systems (column G) that are linked to CB-AT.

NOTE: The changes made in the CB AT will be synchronized over night to VS and AOH, meaning the changes shall be available in VS and AOH the next day. (e.g. selecting an auditor for a new scheme)

  1. The CB-AT has 3 different main roles (mentioned under column A) that effect the rights within CB-AT only.
Naming: CB Assist, Auditor and Scheme Manager
  1. The CB-AT has 5 further roles (see column G) that effect the other GLOBALG.A.P. IT-systems (VS, Database, AOH).
  • Out of these 5 roles there are 4 that are crucial to be selected per Farm Assurance Product. Those roles are Reviewer, QMS Auditor, Farm Auditor and Decision-Making Committee.
  • The 5th role that is not selected per FAP the so called “Certificate Signatory” role is only crucial for the VS System to be able to choose in VS the “Authorized person”. Note: Authorized person is not the same as certification decision maker. It is the person whose signature appear on the certificate.
