When a producer needs to be transferred from one Certification Body (CB) to another, please submit your request to the Stakeholder Helpdesk.
The Stakeholder Helpdesk will process GGN transfers between CBs based on formally submitted requests. No additional supporting documentation is required.
Please note: Certification Bodies remain responsible for complying with the transfer requirements outlined in GR – Rules for CBs, Clause 9.
