Yes. The information from the previous audit will be copied and filled out automatically. With this new version, a new scope can be assigned and a new version of a certificate can be created.
To create the "modification audit", you need to select from "Certificates" the previous applicable audit and select "Modify" as seen here:
From here you can create the new modification audit:
If you choose "Copy Audit Links", the new audit will include all linked work orders included in the previous audit. E.g. in case the previous audit had linked GRASP assessments, they will also be included in the new audit.
For a Re-certification audit, find here the recording for additional information.
Please note that it's not possible to modify/recertify a migrated certificate coming from the GLOBALG.A.P. Database. Only certificates issued via the CertifieOS can be modified/recertified directly from an existing certificate.
In addition, it is not possible to modify/recertify a certificate if its status was previously amended (e.g from certified to suspended).
Even though the system will generate a new certificate version (e.g. 1.1) for the "suspension", this new version (in this example v1.1) cannot be modified.
Certificates that have maintained their original status can be modified or recertified directly. However, certificates with any prior status changes must be processed using the conventional creation workflow.
