The Supply Chain Portal is a modern, user-friendly platform designed to streamline the process of verifying the certification status of the producers.

It offers a possibility to perform public searches without logging in here.

What is in common between Bookmarking in the old Database and in the Supply Chain Portal?

Our Bookmarking service is tailored for market participants, i.e. companies actively involved in the trade of GLOBALG.A.P. certified products — such as retailers, brokers, and suppliers — who need to monitor and manage producer certification status.

The principle of Bookmarking and the main steps remain the same as in the Database:

The purpose is unchanged: to track and share the certification status of producers you work with, ensuring transparency and compliance across the supply chain.

What is new in the Supply Chain Portal?

The Supply Chain Portal introduces several valuable enhancements that improve usability and autonomy:

  • User management: The first registered user in a company (having the Masterdata role) can now create additional user accounts for colleagues — no need to contact support.
  • Self-Service Password Reset: Users can reset their own passwords by clicking “Forgot password” on the login page and entering their email address. The system will send and automatic e-mail.
  • Certificate-Level Search: Users can now search within a producer group’s certificate, offering more granular access to certification details.

Conclusion
