A new audit/work order has to be created and marked accordingly. E.g. "Modification audit"

If a negative certification decision is issued on day 28, how do you process the new certification decision once they address the NCs?

Once the checklist is submitted by the auditor, it doesn’t allow changes. After the technical review, additional comments could be required. How can we proceed to any changes?
