The process is identical to the other Farm Assurance Product work orders. The difference is that in the case of QS-GAP, the CertifierOS will not trigger a QS-GAP audit checklist.
In case the producer does not own a GGN, she/he need to be registered as seen here.
Her/his site(s) need to be created as seen here.
Her/his product(s) need to be created and added to the respective site(s) as seen here.
The audit work order can be prepared as seen here.
In short, follow the steps below:
Select the applicable QS-GAP version. ("330001 - QS-GAP Version 4.0" or "369001 - QS-GAP Production/QS-GAP Erzeugung v5.0 Benchmarked to IFA v6 SMART").
In this random example we will select QS-GAP v4 FAP and the certification option 3 single site. Please note that the process is identical also for "369001 - QS-GAP Production/QS-GAP Erzeugung v5.0 Benchmarked to IFA v6 SMART"
We start by selecting the FAP and naming the audit:
We select the producer and contact person:
We select the applicable reporting option:
We select your organisation (CB), applicable audit type and audit product category:
We amend the audit address if different to the producer's address and submit to create the audit work order:
When this is done, make sure to add the producer's product scope to the work order:
Fill out the smart forms as seen here and here.
After you fill out the smart forms, close the work order as seen here:
To issue the certificate:
Select the applicable audit, Status, Validity start and end date, the applicable certificate template and press on "Generate":
