Correcting Errors in Migrated Option 2 Certificates

For Option 2 producers, the process for correcting an error in a migrated certificate differs slightly from the standard procedure. An exception applies to modification audits for certificates migrated from the database.

What needs to be done:

• Create a scope management work order.
• There is no need to create additional smart orders for previously sampled and audited members.
• The scope management work order should enable the generation of a new, full Option 2 certificate.

This concession applies only to migrated certificates requiring slight modifications and does not apply to audits completed under normal certification timelines.
