Uploading the Letter of Attestation for the 1st – 3rd Year 

The Letter of Attestation is valid for three years so only one Letter of Attestation will be issued for the whole verified claim. The LoA shall be uploaded once the client is verified and reflected as compliant in the GLOBALG.A.P. database.  

Note: As the GLOBALG.A.P. database has One-Year Cycles the same LoA would need to be uploaded three times within those three years. 

To upload the Letter of Attestation please follow the below-described steps: 

1. You go to “Check Lists” and then to “Checklist Upload” as seen below. 

2. Here you select as Schemestandard “GLOBALG.A.P. Farm Sustainability Assessment (GG FSA)“ 

Select the respective scheme version: “GLOBALG.A.P. Farm Sustainability Assessment (GG FSA) 3.0“ 

3. Then enter the respective GGN and check here that no space is entered for the GGN. Then click on „Load Products“ (marked in red below).  

4. As a file type, you select „Letter of Conformance“. Then you select the corresponding Letter of Attestation and click on „Upload Checklist“ as marked in red below.
