Suspensions in Validation Service are not possible at product level (they are only possible at certificate level).
If you need to suspend one product of a certificate, the solution is to go into the Database, suspend the product that needs to be suspended and certify the products that need to be certified.
After that, the previous certificate in the Validation Service must be annulled.
