You can amend access rights under Masterdata > Producer/Producer Group > click on the green star icon next to the respective GGN and then you will be forwarded to a page to set the access rights.
You can select the data access group you wish to amend the data for via the drop down. Thereupon click "view company data" tab here:
This affects only the company data and the attributes listed.
The data access group via O-Key can be selected if you wish to unlock data to a few specific suppliers, most of the cases that is required for primary suppliers (preconditioned the supplier has a GLOBALG.A.P. Database access thereupon an O-Key is issued and the respective supplier can share the O-Key with you).
The product data on the tab next to it is related to the product, so you need to set them separately, for each product:
What you change here on these tabs and if it's only changed for the selected access group e.g. "public", depends on what the producers chose and has agreed on with their Certification Body.
There is certain data which will stay visible even when you tick the boxes away while setting the access rights (the minimum data that are a must to be visible). If there is a producer group with many existing members where a change is needed, the Customer support team can change the rights according to your wishes with an upload. In this case, please send us an excel list of the GGNs and let us know which access rights shall be amended. Otherwise in normal cases where you just have a few GGNs we kindly ask you to set the rights for each producer by yourself.
