Despite being in the same tree as SPRING v1.1, SPRING v2.0 is a different scheme.
Therefore, it is not possible to extend SPRING in version 2.0, where a cycle in SPRING v1.1 is still current.
For these cases, please follow the following steps:
1. Extend the current cycle (after accepting the next cycle in SPRING v1.1).
2. Assess the producer to SPRING v2.0
3. Take certification decision in the database for SPRING v1.1
4. Make a version change following the steps described in our wiki article https://ggwiki-globalgap.org/scheme-version-change/
5. Contact CST again to confirm that the audit has been carried out during the extension period, the version has been changed and the cycle has been maintained.
